Here on the Veggie Baby Bloom website, we share recipes that are free of animal products and with limited processed ingredients. Although the dishes we feature are vegan, we don’t sermonize or proselytize. We welcome vegetarians, flexitarians, and those just looking for nutritious kid-friendly recipes.

When we introduce our children to flavorful dishes full of vegetables, whole grains, fruits, and legumes early on, they are more likely to embrace healthy habits for life. So, let’s all make a pledge to fill our babies’ bellies with veggies and watch them bloom!
